Returns
Due to the nature of consumable herbal products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Product packaging is opened or damaged during shipping.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return request
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Orders delayed due to courier issues beyond our control
